Andreas W. Kraut has been a member of the management board since 2009 and took over as chairman in 2011. As CEO, he shapes Bizerba's strategic direction with a focus on innovation, internationalization, and entrepreneurial development with the clear goal of ensuring healthy and sustainable company growth.

Shareholder Angela Kraut has held the position of CFO on the Executive Board since 2022. She is also Managing Director of Bizerba Financial Services GmbH, a 100% subsidiary that has been contributing to the success of the group since 1989 with modern leasing and hire purchase solutions and expert advice.

Peter Riedel joined the Executive Board in April 2025 as COO. With his extensive experience in software, hardware, network technology, and safety-critical systems, he makes an important contribution to strengthening Bizerba's innovative capabilities and securing its competitive position.

The supervisory board is the compass of the Bizerba Group: it advises the Executive Board in the strategic decision-making process. At the same time, it maintains the interest of the various stakeholders who are active for and with Bizerba, or are connected to the Group in another way.

Dr. Robert Bauer

Presidente do Conselho Fiscal

O Dr. Robert Bauer é um renomado gestor empresarial alemão com longa experiência nos setores industrial e tecnológico. Após concluir seus estudos em Engenharia Elétrica na Universidade Técnica de Munique, obteve o título de Dr.-Ing. e iniciou sua carreira de sucesso na SICK AG, em Waldkirch. Lá, trabalhou por 27 anos: inicialmente, assumiu a responsabilidade geral pela área de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento, antes de ser nomeado para a diretoria executiva em 2000. De 2006 a 2021, ele liderou a empresa como presidente do Conselho de Administração e influenciou de forma decisiva seu desenvolvimento internacional. Posteriormente, Bauer assumiu a presidência do Conselho Fiscal da SICK AG. Como presidente do Conselho Fiscal da Bizerba SE & Co. KG, ele traz para a empresa ampla expertise tecnológica, longa experiência em gestão e uma visão estratégica para o desenvolvimento empresarial sustentável.
